What does the price include?
Ask for a written schedule of inclusions and exclusions and a site-specific quote. The indicative base price is $110,000 including GST.
How long does it take?
Your programme will be confirmed with your project scope. Design, approvals, site preparation, services and construction all contribute to the overall timeframe.
Can I change the design or use it as a rental?
Tell us what you need. Changes require design review and quotation. Any rental use requires the relevant requirements to be checked; three bedrooms do not confirm approval for separate tenancies.
